👉 Your Role
You will be solely focusing on clients and candidates – building relationships, sourcing talent, and filling roles. All the other business “headaches” such as invoicing, admin, and back-office tasks are handled by us. This way, you can concentrate fully on recruitment and placements.

- This is a self-employed partnership arrangement.
- You earn highest in the recruitment game on every placement.
- Once the client pays us, we immediately pay you your share.
- You’ll have the freedom to work independently, remotely, and on your own schedule.
👉 About the Opportunity
We are recruiting for data centres and building services within MEP and BIM, from entry-level positions to leadership roles. The focus is on UK and GCC markets (including Dubai and Saudi Arabia), with high-ticket placements offering strong earning potential. But we are open to any niche you bring forwards within data centres and building services.
